Refund policy
At BandB, we are dedicated to providing the best possible products and customer experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we aim to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened & Unused Products: We accept returns on unused and unopened breast pumps within 30 days of the purchase date. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used breast pumps unless the product is faulty.
- Damaged or Faulty Products: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out via our contact form with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization (RA): Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and unused parts.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
3. Refund Process

Refund Method: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our contact form. - Partial Refunds/No Refunds: If the returned product is missing parts, damaged, or shows signs of wear due to customer use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund based on the item’s condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or used breast pumps (unless defective).
- Used or opened accessories, including bottles, tubing, flanges, and breast shields.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a faulty product or ordered the wrong item, we will be happy to process an exchange. To request an exchange, follow the return procedure above. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.
6. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
